Our Services

We are a roofing contractor working in Frisco and the surrounding Collin County area. The work described on this site is roof replacement, roof repair, storm and hail damage repair, roof inspections, leak repair, metal roofing, commercial low-slope roofing, and seamless gutters and downspouts.

We document damage and provide written findings and estimates. We do not act as a public insurance adjuster, we do not negotiate or settle claims on a customer's behalf, and we do not waive, absorb or rebate insurance deductibles. Any claim remains between the policyholder and their insurer.

Use of the Website

This website is provided for general information about our services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and reading it does not create a contract between us.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Appointments and Estimates

Inspections are scheduled by phone. Findings are provided in writing with photographs, and estimates are itemised. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it and is based on what could be seen and measured at the time it was prepared.

Conditions hidden beneath the roof surface, such as decking that turns out to be soft, may change the scope. Where an estimate states a rate for that work, the rate stated is what applies. Anything outside the written scope is agreed in writing before it is carried out.
