Information We Collect

This website is operated by a roofing company serving Frisco and the surrounding Collin County area. When you call or message us about work, we collect what we need to look at your roof: your name, a phone number, the property address we are being asked to inspect, and what you are seeing. That last part usually means the age and material of the roof, where a stain or drip has appeared, and the date of the storm if a storm is why you are calling.

If you photograph something and send it to us, we keep that image with the rest of the job notes. We do not ask for financial account details, government identification numbers or health information, and you should not send them to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us to schedule the inspection, to prepare written findings and an itemised estimate, to carry out the work if you go ahead, and to answer questions afterwards about a job we did.

We may contact you about the specific job you asked about. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to marketing lists.

Cookies and Tracking

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand, in aggregate, which pages people read. That information is not used to identify you personally.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete the ones already stored. The site remains usable if you do.

How We Share Information

We share job information with the people who need it to get the work done: the crew scheduled for your roof, and suppliers where a material order has to be placed against your job.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not share what you tell us.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and to limit access to the people who need it for the job in hand. No website or business can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once the work it relates to is complete. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
